❓ How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handcrafted. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, but custom items may take up to 10 days.

❓ Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. You can request names, dates, logos, or special shapes. Visit our Custom Orders page to get started.

❓ What materials do you use?
We primarily use maple and oak wood to give each piece a high-quality, rustic finish.

❓ What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Most items range from 5" shelf sitters to 34" wall art. Specific dimensions are listed on each product page.

❓ Do you accept returns?
Because everything is custom made, we do not accept returns. However, please reach out if there’s an issue—we want you to love your order.

❓ Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Calhan, Colorado. We currently ship within the U.S. only. We can ship to Canada on the Etsy store.

❓ Are the listed sizes exact?
Not exactly — dimensions are approximate. Every piece is handmade, and the design and layout of your piece can affect the final size slightly.

❓ Can you recreate a custom order I purchased previously?
We can try! We generally keep custom design files for about 30 days after your order is complete. Any reorder is treated as a brand-new custom order, and we can't guarantee it will be an exact match to the original — especially if enough time has passed. If you're reordering an older piece, please send us photos and approximate measurements so we can get as close as possible.

❓ Will a reorder cost the same as my previous order?
Not necessarily. Material and production costs change over time, so pricing from a past order isn't guaranteed on a new one, even for a similar or repeat design.

❓ How quickly should I report a problem with my order?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there's damage, incorrect personalization, or another significant issue, contact us within 1 day of delivery so we can help make it right.
