4. Production begins after design approval.

Production times vary by season and order size. If you have a deadline, include it in your request and we will confirm availability before production begins.

❓ How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handcrafted. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, but custom items may take up to 10 days.

❓ Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. You can request names, dates, logos, or special shapes. Visit our Custom Orders page to get started.

❓ What materials do you use?
We primarily use maple and oak wood to give each piece a high-quality, rustic finish.

❓ What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Most items range from 5" shelf sitters to 34" wall art. Specific dimensions are listed on each product page.

❓ Do you accept returns?
Because everything is custom made, we do not accept returns. However, please reach out if there’s an issue—we want you to love your order.

❓ Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Calhan, Colorado. We currently ship within the U.S. only. We can ship to Canada on the Etsy store.
