Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail, and for this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
